Worker refused to sell me a strawberry mocilitta! Said she wasn’t making them at this time. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at Peachtree mall. I will never ever try to buy anything again. UPDATE as of Dec 23 2017. I’ve contacted corporate and they supposed to have the owner contact me concerning this incident. The owner has not called. Also called and asked for the manager: Manager was not there. Left message for manager to call me and manager has not called me. Do these people just not care about their 1.5 rating??? Bad business here.
Service was horrible. 3 employees all talking about New Year’s Eve getting drunk and fighting while myself and 2 other customers stood there waiting and staring!
These cinnamon rolls are so dry you'll choke. They're filled with straight cinnamon powder. It was like taking a spoonful of cinnamon right out of the container and eating it.
My son and I ordered the original Cinnabon and the “in the middle” topped with pecans. With a drink and food it came to 16 something, went home and both were so raw we had to throw them away! Waste of travel and money! I will let my colleagues and family know never to eat at the peach tree mall Cinnabon ever! Franchise owners get some real help or you might just loose your business!
I'm done with this location, which unfortunately for me means Cinnabon is probably only going to happen whenever I travel. This location CONSISTENTLY (multiple visits over about a 1.5 year span) undercooks the hell out of their cinnamon rolls. You'll get a few bites of properly cooked rolls, and then, usually as you get toward the center, it turns into an undercooked, stretchy mess.
The employee's attitudes are horrible, the light colored girl, kind of tall, who always has her hair in a puffy ponytail through the hat is the worse one. There's also a mix girl, she's skinny, with long hair she has a very sassy mouth! Even the owner is kind of mean himself, the cinnamon rolls have more cinnamon on them than anything else. I did not feel like a customer at all, I felt as if I wasn't welcomed ... NEVER AGAIN !
