Our server was horrible. Brought out an app with no side plates. No bread. Forgot my salad 3 times then brought it out with dressing when I asked for sos. For almost an hour she didn't take any dirty plates or give us any refills in fact she ignored our table for a good 20 minutes but managed to help the two other tables that sat down after us. After an hour passed she let us know she didn't even put our order in. This place is a joke. Unfortunate. Even the "manager" didn't seem to care.
Needless to say, we plan to not go there again. You never get a Second chance to make a First impression.
So, first things first, my boyfriend and I were told a 10 minute wait due to lack of staffing, so we chose to sit at the bar. While the drink menu was pretty uninspiring (it's corporate though, not a big shock), the bartender was very friendly and seemed to know what was up. She handled a full bar, server tickets, and greeted a few tables servers couldn't get to fast enough. I want to say I heard someone call her Pam, but not sure. I had to send my steak back, but the sides were excellent. The service really saved it from being a 3 star review.
Food was delicious...after waiting almost an hour for it..service wasn't that great considering it wasn't busy..plates were left on my table from the appetizer throughout the meal until after the bill came. We sat for a very long time waiting for the food then the doggy bag and then finally the check. I would go again simply because the food was superb.
Our waitress was Christy and she was AMAZING!! One of the best waitresses I've ever had. Thank you so much! Oh,and the food was great :)
The hostess gave us the impression did not want to seat us. The restaurant was not crowed. There were empty booths by the door. She wanted to seat us in the rear, in the dark in an empty area and was not pleased when I asked for different seating.
Never going back. It's a shame because outbacks my favorite chain restaurant.
