Been going here for over two years now, I'm pleased with their service and their ability to maintain a constant high on their cleaning performance. Their workers are polite enough and I've never caught them screwing around on the job either, so I know they're not wasting time.

I usually go to Goo Goo car wash on Whitesville road mostly out of habit and because I can vacuum out my car instead of having to pull out my shop vac. Usually there is still gunk on my car, and the mirrors and rear window still have soap on them. So I decided to try this car wash. It was nice. The assistant manager came up to my window to ask which wash I wanted, I told him I've never been there and he introduced himself, shook my hand and thanked me for coming. The exterior of my car was very clean when all was said and done, and it really needed it after a 30 hour road trip I just took it on. The owners are very friendly and take the time to know their frequent customers. My only complaint is I figured they would wipe down my dash/steering wheel but they didn't. Not a big deal though as I keep a Swiffer in the car anyways. I'll definitely go back.
One of the greatest discoveries in moving to Columbus was the 4th Ave Car Wash! The service is incredible and my car never looks better than after they have finished with it.
Have been a repeat customer since 2008. Service is always A+. Richard is always greeting customers by name and with a smile plus a handshake to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Definitely love this locally owned and operated establishment that adds a tremendous value to the Numerous Small Businesses in the Uptown Area of Columbus. A wonderful environment and Richards Team is always courteous and friendly. If the line is backed up to Veterans Parkway TRUST ME, it's worth the wait.
