Absolutely horrible! Worst customer service i have ever recieved. They must really hate there job. So rude! They should all be fired! Absolutely deplorable!
I called the recorders court today(6/8) and she would not even look up the ticket in her system. She was rude as HELL and kept cutting me off. She didn't ask for my name or anything. I am usually nice but these people will bring the ugly out of you. Everyone isn't a criminal. How can the people with the worst attitudes be chosen for jobs?
on 6/2 I went to recorders court to speak with them regarding a ticket. I couldn't read the ticket, and neither could she. She directed me to the police station, so I went there to which I was given a phone number for ofc Garrett Williams. I called that number was greeted by a less than helpful indivual who sent me to a voicemail. I left a message. As of 6/8 I have not received a return call. I have also left 3 messages for SGT Anderson with no call back.
I called recorder's court on behalf of a friend who received several tickets and, as they were at work and wanted to get information, asked me to call to find out where he would need to go to attend court. The person that answered asked me why we wanted to go to court, and, rather than tell her it was none of her business, I explained that he was worried about his license possibly being suspended and wanted to plead his case. She then asked if he had a ticket. I responded in the affirmative. She then said "the court information is on the ticket." Not very helpful and rude.

what is wrong with Columbus government, Called to price my ticket they day after receiving, was told 165 and some change, called again to verify the day before so i could have exact change once again was told 165, get there to pay the ticket, lady is like you know this ticket is 712 right, leaver pulled over called again to see what price they would give me, once again 165
