OCG always have a warm and pleasant environment. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I would recommend OCG to anybody. Payment plans are very affordable as well. You wont be disappointed. I'm very satisfied with the results of my children teeth that I decided to get braces, too!!

I went to ODG for a consultation for braces. I went there because there was so many great reviews on Google for the office. However after arriving and signing in I noticed a flyer at the front desk that offered $25 to clients who gave the office a 5 star review online. So I'm not sure how many of the 5 star reviews are actually honest or just a client looking to make a quick $25. Upon being called back for my X-rays I was told to look at the sign behind me (which told you to inform the x Ray tech if you were pregnant) I said "I'm not pregnant". Once I had stepped onto the x ray machine the tech asked if I was ready for kids... To which I replied "I have 3" the tech then took a step back... Looked me up and down and said "daaaamn you don't look like you have three kids" I felt extremely uncomfortable and I feel like it was very unprofessional for the tech to say that. The actual orthodontist wasn't very impressive either and offered to just to braces on my top teeth for a "quick fix". If I'm going to shell out thousands of dollars to have a nice smile I want it to last... And not have more issues down the road from getting a "quick fix". I would not recommend going here.

I'm glad I chose Ortho Care to provide braces for my kids. Prices are lower than most places in this area. However, the service and staff are exceptional. Cynthia, the Office Manager, is a great leader and she will provide whatever help is needed!
