Sunday (11/3/2013), a space heater, plugged into a bathroom receptacle, burnt a circuit and failed to trip the breaker. It left me with no power in the back of the house. Monday, Alexander Electric came out and walked around for a half hour and said they'd have their supervisor get back with me. Tuesday and Wednesday came and no word. Thursday, I called Jordan Electric and they came out today, located the problem within an hour, and repaired the burnt wire. Thanks to Jordan Electric Company Inc. for not giving up like Alexander Electric did and thanks for repairing the problem.
We had several quotes (Jordan, Individuals, etc.) and by far Alexander was THE BEST! They explained what options we had and ways we could safely save money on our project! Ty Rutan was SUPERB! Their phone communication is excellent. They are prompt, polite, and thorough! I will NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
