Rude, Rude and Rude!!!!!
I am not a customer but I witnessed a family member, who is a customer being talked to very unprofessionally by one of its employees on yesterday. I will be contacting headquarters or supervisor of this employee, because she obviously need to be re-trained in Customer service. As the customer's daughter, what I wanted to do was tell her off, but because I know how to be professional, I will be contacting this person's boss regarding this matter. People should be understanding of people situations but regardless still remain professional when dealing with individuals, you will lose business that way.
