Our experience with Albright's was WONDERFUL! Mr. Albright is a person who makes you feel special, like you're the only one he is working with. Although it took a little while to connect with him initially, he met with the bride and fulfilled all her needs. He always called us by name and was there for whatever we needed. He had gorgeous arrangements and delivered everything to the 3 different places that we needed flowers. He then offered to send out any leftover flowers locally to whomever we wanted. He was on time, and efficient. He's a true southern gentleman and deserves recognition for all his hard work and that of his staff. It's too bad that people only use this sight to complain. Good work should be recognized!

My mom purchased balloons for my daughter's birthday. Albright's called the day they were supposed to be delivered and told us we had to be home. We had no plans of hanging around the house all day, so they rescheduled delivery for the following Saturday(2 days late). No delivery on Saturday or Sunday. I called Monday morning and was told they could be delivered by noon, but that we needed to be home(sure, fine). 2pm rolls around, still no balloons. My husband went out to his truck around 3:30 and found the balloons thrown on the doorstep next to a plant. The lady didn't bother to ring the doorbell, so by the time we found them they had been in the heat for awhile and were all tangled. Now I've got a very upset kid and Grandma on my hands. Will not use again or recommend.
No one could have been more helpful and kind. discriptions cost and purpose was discussed....Albrights gets an A+ from me.
Local flower and gift shop. Been in Columbus 20+ years. Not for the typical younger crowd (myself included) unless your getting mom or grandma a gift.
