Poor is the best that I can say about this facility so far. I am not a delivery driver, however the one security guard I spoke with was the most unhelpful individual they could have placed in the 'guard shack'. I had a simple request to see if there was a public relations representative that I might be able to speak to. Nope... no names, no numbers, no helpful information, no anything.
This place is a joke got here @ 8am for my delivery and checked in the receiving department and one rude guy told me to wait and 6hrs later they got to me and gave me a door they don't care if you have another pick up. They are very LAZY hope i never come to this rat hole again plus they do not have overnight parking BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!
Access is apparently granted "By appointment only". Yet the phone number listed is not a working number.
Has a 20:00 appt for pickup got there at 12 pm. Put me to a dock right away and started loading me right away!!! Entrance is off 22nd Ave.
F*** this place! Will newer come back to pick up load from here. They hold the trucks forever. They are packing the product as they load, haven't seen anything like it.
