They will lie to your face! Decided to go with their financing wasn't told about the 50.00 processing fee. Came to a price of 870 out the door. They submitted the paper work to the finance ppl at 940.00. Was not in formed of the delivery fee of 65.00 until it was purchased. Over drafted my account running my account with out permission. Sad excuse for a company. Thankful I work with the city. This place needs to close is doors.
I was excited about purchasing a bedroom set and mattress set from them. Setup the financing and was expecting to receive it on December 2, 2017. I even sold the old furniture I had. Come to find out they never ordered the bed and overdrafts my account by taking duplicate charges after they were suppose to void my application. As of today I still don't have any furniture. Was told by the store rep Lauren suggested we sleep on the floor until the bed get here in February because she said we had to reorder it on the 20th and could take another 2-4 weeks. Stated the bed was high demand. Worst customer service ever.
I bought some furniture a few weeks ago and the salesman Jonathan was nice and gave good customer service. Today, I went back to make another purchase and Jonathan acted like he was having a bad day. He was short and the customer service was lacking. The supervisor (the older guy) just stands around looking at customers, silently. He doesn't smile or speak. Just watches as you talk to the salespeople. Creepy.

We went to the Columbus Ga location this afternoon looking for a houseful of furniture. Kenneth and Jovan were a great help and we couldn't be more pleased with the service that was provided. They weren't your typical pushy salesmen, and answered every question we had immediately! Thank you and we will be back!
