This location advised they are out of supplies due to Valentines and can not deliver today. Valentines every year is overwhelming Edible Arrangements. If you are going to be out of supplies do not take orders. Needless, to say this call just came at almost 11 AM and they have been open since 9 AM. Thanks for delivering my daughters arrangement for her 18th birthday !!!!!! NOT
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered what was supposed to be a special mother's day edible arrangement creation, and instead my fiancé's mother's day gift was ruined. After waiting for her surprise all day, her excitement turned into disappointment as 7pm rolled around and her edible arrangement had yet to reach her. When I called spoke to the manager she could careless. I was told that she could expect the delivery as late as 9pm and if it did not make it by then she could come pick it up tomorrow or they will try to deliver it the next day. Who wants to spend the whole day waiting around for a package that may never come. Edible arrangements are normally delicious, however, after this fiasco I will NEVER order from this edible arrangement again. STAY AWAY from this establishment.
I was expecting fresh, sweet and juicy fruit.. but all I got was pieces of fruit that were dry and dull. Specifically the cantaloupe, strawberries and melons. I tried to treat myself for my birthday but ended up wasting money. I could've used that money on a massage instead lol.
Placed order online. Great communication re status. Good service. Order ready and just as described without issue.
horrible experience store closed took my money out of my account and Never bothered to let us know that they weren't even going to fill the order! I have called Corp. we will update at the outcome!
