Bought 4 large butcher block slabs to butt together for a countertop for an island. Pieces were not square, also had ripples on edges. Also the pieces bowed. Would not butt together smoothly without way too much work, cutting off some of slabs and more. Bad butcher block! Crap! DO NOT BUY BUTCHER BLOCK HERE! The people at this store seemed nice and I think they should get another supplier or just not sell this kind of crap. They have said we will get a partial refund, but we will see. Got the refund offer and it was a spit in the bucket. This place is AWFUL with horrible customer service. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS GROUP in Columbus, GA.
Terrible customer service. The lady at the counter did not help us at all and treated us like we were ignorant and did not explain anything. We are first time home buyers and we wanted help and advice but will never be going back and will get our advice and flooring somewhere else where we are valued.
The name does not match the service! Went in for flooring options. Small place with small flooring options. The sales guy that was on duty was in the back and when he finally heard me, he was not pleased to see that a customer had come in. Showed me one flooring option and walked back to the desk, giving me no further opportunity to ask questions. Finally approached him at the front desk and asked how much for installation. $9/sq ft!!! Won't ever go back and won't recommend this place.
They will be a quote from any competitor.
