Customer for 14 years!!!! & If I could rate this PHONY FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS a ZERO, I would!!!! The agents in this office (Samantha, Donna and Lester) are full of LIES!!! The customer service is beyond horrible. They DO NOT care about the needs and concerns of a customer. My husband has been an on-time/loyal paying customer and it means absolutely nothing to them. We are currently seeking another agent in the area that values our business and treats us like HUMAN BEINGS!
