Called about a consultation because my friends ex-husband wasn't following the custody order in the divorce and got top knotch service. The receptionist was very polite and understanding as I tried to explain the issue and my concerns. She was very professional and seemed to know her stuff. I was extremely impressed considering I had read other reviews and now I think its possible these were from the opposite side not getting what they wanted. I have recommended him and his staff to my friend who intends use him in the future! Great job! Highly recommend calling!
Mr. Aiken and his staff are great. Going through a divorce can be a very difficult life change however Mr. Aiken has made me comfortable enough to know that I have hired someone who is very knowledgeable, exceptionally experienced and upfront. Mr. Aiken always gives me the peace of mind that I need while dealing with myriad issues that comes along with this type of life change. To date my experience with Mr. Aiken and his staff has consisted of pure ease and professionalism.
Good attorney and the fees are fair. Divorce and custody battles can be a very ugly thing and often stressful; it’s nice to know that there are attorneys out there such as attorney akin that do their very best to insure and protect their clients’ needs and wants. Has to be the worst lawyer i have ever used! Never returned my phone calls. He got all the info he did tell the judge wrong. I got a tpo against my ex wife for my kids and he made the judge think i was being a vindictive dad trying to keep my kids from the mother. And then when i tried to talk to him after court he ignored me like i didnt matter once the case was over. Plus when i was talking in his office he was super rude to his employees. This guy is horrible and doesnt know how to do his job!
I am very pleased with this attorneys staff and ability to go above and beyond. :)
