Love this Taco Bell! Always very quick and efficient. They've messed up my order a few times and we're always eager to fix it. One of the things I like most about this Taco Bell is how real the employees are. They won't act fake and they will really level with you and do what needs to be done.
The manager took my order and was very rude. She shoved the first bag of food at me and tells me that the rest of my food is not done. When it is ready she shoves it at me also and slams the window in my face after I said thank you politely. Then the food was cold and of course she didn't give me a receipt because I'm sure she doesn't want anyone taking the survey on it. Worst Taco Bell in the area by far.
Very fast, very friendly, and my order was spectacular! ! The crew worked as a team and kept the order times for customers after me at a very good time.
So I read all these reviews and thought "I bet they aren't that bad" and I haven't had Taco Bell since I moved here. So I went down there 10/15/17 at around 8pm and ordered the $5 quesadilla box and a chipotle chicken griller. The box comes with a nacho dorito taco, I changed it to a fiery dorito taco, I also ordered the griller with no sour cream. She asked if I needed sauce and I said fire. After pulling up to the window and waiting about ten minutes. A different person than the one who took my money kinda one-handed my food to me. I got back with my food and guess what? Nacho taco instead of fiery, sour cream in my griller and no sauce in the bag. Yeah, everyone is correct about how bad it is. I guess my grandma was right when she told me her wisest words "never eat at a Taco Bell attached to a gas station." sorry grandma.
Well first off today was the day that everyone can get a free taco for that steal a taco thing. And on their Facebook page it says from 2-6 so about 4:55 I came to this location and asked about it and the lady say it ends at 5. 4:55 IS NOT 5:00 and I was basically denied my free taco so I ended up getting a chicken chalupa and whoever fixed my order threw it in the bag UNWRAPPED and all of the filling was in the bottom of the bag. UNACCEPTABLE!
