So yes, I felt very disrespected.
In order to put them at ease, I removed the loaded magazine, took round out of chamber, and then took it apart as if to clean it, to show them that it could not be discharged unless I put back together.
Warm and friendly place. The lead therapist and assistant are knowledgeable, professional as well as friendly. My only desire is that the workout space could be a little larger.
Process was thorough. Front desk staff was that professional with attitude. I am a certified law enforcement officer. By federal law, I am authorized and cleared and instructed by the governor of the state I live in, to carry my weapon while off duty AT ALL TIMES. The front desk staff appeared to be somewhat nervous that I was openly carrying my weapon, the whole time my badge in clearly visible bc it is located right by my weapon.
I did not have to wait very long from the time I checked in. I couldn’t have ask for a friendlier nurse. She was very helpful and talk me thru each step to get my physical. The Doctor was very kind and very experienced it seem to me. Great visit with a very experienced staff with prompt timing. I’d refer anybody to this Concentra clinic.
I’m a truck driver I love coming here because they are very friendly so that helps you relax. I come from Newnan to get my DOT physical done here because you don’t have all the people running around crazy like they do at the summit in newnan. Great service friendly people love this place
Took my girlfriend here to be seen because she wasnt feeling well and had a fever. So we fill out the paper work and turn it in and pay first. After over an hour and a half, i go ask thr lady at the front desk what is taking so long and instead of talking to me, she answers the phone. So i told her i would like our money back, so another nurse interupts and says well we can take her back now. I think it is very interesting she gets taken back after we ask for our money back.. will never come here again and i recommend that you do not either. Front desk very rude with attitude.
