i live here now but we are soon moving out. i advise you not to come to this trailer park. my neighbor was robbed at gunpoint for his wallet and phone. he went to the main office and asked the staff to call the police. the staff told him to get out of the office and that the robbery had nothing to do with them. i never in my life want to live in a place that if you need the police or ambulance or rescue that the office will not help you. that is just so strange. the staff is so rude they are so unprofessional. if you are reading this then again i advise you to not move here i am leaving next month never coming back to this dump
The landscaping could be better. Overall a quiet neighborhood.
The park is nasty. Trash everywhere no one cleans up or fixes nothing. The owners are mean and nasty toward us for whatever reason. Roach infested. Cracks in the trailer lets in bugs and lets out all the cold air my light bill is sky high because of it . neighbors always call the police for fighting. I dont too much like it here. Im gone leave to avalon in 2 more months
this place is has horrible management they are so disrespectful. they have a serious cat problem. maintenance never fix anything. there are no cameras for your safety. the juveniles run lose breaking into cars and trailers. i advise you not to move into this hell hole and don't say that i didn't warn you.
Some one broke into my car last night. Management neglected to be helpful but instead blamed me for not having a car alarm. I blamed them for not having cameras for safety. This morning management fined me 100 dollars for having broken glass in my yard which came from the burglary of my vehicle. Really..... I'm so leaving here.
