Horrible experience, After moving my furniture in it started to Storm outside and my storage unit filled with about 3" of water wich ruined my furniture, then trying to load my stuff back up into my truck to try and save it from the water the power goes out and the Electronic Gate wouldn't open for my truck because of no power so practically I got All my belonging ruined and Uptown Storage doesn't have Water Damage insurance Coverage. Horrible Experience and wouldnt recommend them to Anyone and deffinitly will never Rent here ever again.

They are Theives need new management! They try to auction your things off after a week of being late. The Manager Ms.Major pretends to be the owner so she can rip people off. Beware! Beware! Beware!
