On the day they were to do the work on the roof, they showed up promptly with a small professional crew and worked tirelessly to fix the problem on one of the hottest days we have had this summer. They did a great job, made helpful recommendations, were professional and polite and completed the job as promised. They fixed my ridge vent problem as they said they would. Before the work was done, all of my phone calls were answered promptly and correspondence was also done quickly by email.
I have fixed up lots of houses. I mean tons over the years. I have worked with countless contractors in the Columbus and Phenix City area and nobody has come close to the professionalism over at Gibson. I would recommend to anyone! Good job Gibson!
As far as the estimate on the windows, Thomas went out of his way to take me on a small tour to show me many of the houses that he installed windows in so that I knew what I was going to get. At the time we were looking at one house, the owner showed up and had only wonderful things to say about Gibson Contracting.
Professional all the way! I had a contractor (Sun Roofing or Sunbeam Roofing) put my roof on a few years ago, but they did a terrible Job and left me with a roof with no ventilation. Thomas of Gibson Contracting came buy and looked at the problem. He gave me a fair estimate to correct the problem. At that time I asked him to give me an estimate on windows and some other work. The estimates were professionally prepared unlike any contractor I have worked with over the years.
I recently got a lot of work done on my home and Gibson Contracting impressed me more than any other company. They roofed one of my rental houses and did a great job. I would use them again. The price was good too.
I was very happy with their work and have no reservations about using them again or recommending them.
I had them come by to give me a quote on a job. He was thurough and professional. I ended up not using them but would surely call them back if another job came up.
Had this guy build a shed in our yard, well in his contract he said he would fix anything that went wrong in the first year. I've tried to contact his personal cell phone and their office over twenty times, left several voicemails and they still are ignoring me. Got in touch with him once and set up a time to come out and look at it but he never showed. Poor craftsmanship, contractor didn't even do any work showed up with his "crew" and left. The people he had do the job had obviously never built a shed before. Extremely disappointed!!! Would highly advise a different company
