I felt my nail tech was disappointed with what I asked for, so I received very very bad service.
She really did nothing listed under the description of Spa Pedicure.

I had just removed my acrylic nails and wanted to give my real nails a rest. The Nail tech did nothing to file my nails down to make the ridges look less apparent and she barely did my cuticles. My toes look like my 10 year old twin nephews painted my toenails (NAIL POLISH ALL OVER MY TOES) and you can see where she completely missed cuticles on my toes.
Jennifer was very nice.This place is nice, clean and looks brand new... August 2017...check your money mailer coupons ..for discounted rates... I got a good deal on my SNS Powder Dip. And I felt like Jennifer took time with me...like I wasn't just a rushed job like you feel like at busier nail salons....it nice to not have to wait forever like some other salons..Thanks Jennifer!
Very clean and new. I will definitely be back to this salon when I am in Columbus.
They are unorganized and sadly don't provide good quality. One lady has such a shake she struggles with paint. They seem unhappy and rushed. I just came for a simple manicure. Will not return. I'm typing this review as I wait for my original nail tech to come back and finish what the gal with the shakes mad a mess of. I'm not the only unhappy customer but they do t seem to notice or care.
Luxury Nails was recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint. I had Jennifer and she was really good. One of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Highly recommend!!
$33 she said...Ok, so I had my $10 gift certificate.(I would of used for a full set and gel polish for next time) NO.. I will use this NOW and just never come back. Well she took my gift certificate and charged my credit card full price. She laughed and said I forgot. NO SHE DIDN'T. She just took the gift certificate. She called the owner and he wanted to void... then run my card again... I said no give me $10 out of the drawer. He said we don't give cash back I said you will today. $23 dollars for a horrible job and poor service. POOR SERVICE I wish I could upload pictures of my toenails... I really need to go back, but they are closed on Sunday
