What can I say about Mark Smith and his staff?? An awesome lawyer as his staff especially, The paralegal Rebecca who is worder full and patient with me. At first I found a lawyer and while driving to meet with him, a person from the lawfirm told me basically they could not assist us because the family member involved wold not be present and he called me back and said it would be a hard case, etc. In between these calls, I contacted Mark Smith's office and they were willing to meet with me 30 minutes before 5pm. Just knowing that they were able to meet me at the last minute told me how much they care about their clients. The case has yet to be resolved, but they worked with me on behalf of the family member. I was so impressed!!! I email my Paralegal Rebecca and she responds. They are on top of everything. I appreciate the staff for being wonderful during process.
