RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AND POOR LISTENERS.
Head public defender all but refused to take my case because he insisted that I was guilty. Suggested strongly that I plead guilty during my arraignment to make things easier. I tried to explain that I wasn't and he kept interrupting me rudely and even insisted that I wasn't going to use my friend's death at the scene to get out of it. Insulting because this was never my intention. So I chose to defend myself. He laughed in my face. This alerted the prosecution. They investigated the case and determined there was not only no probable cause, but I was never guilty in the first place. THe case was thrown out.
Everyone in Columbus knows the public defenders are nothing but a joke. If they were worth a flip, they'd be lawyers.
