I have ordered here several times since I moved here in December. Last time I ordered the driver forgot my drink, no big deal. I called to let them know & the manager apologies and sends out a new one and adds a $5 credit to my account. He told me I had to call in to get it. So I called today and the girl who took my order wouldn't accept my coupon or crediton the phone. When I went in to pick it up they told me I had to use the coupon online and he the manage wwouldn't give me the $5 credit. Don't think I'll be going back to this store.
Was previously an employee here before getting "let go" due to a "no-call-no-show" when I'd asked for at least ONE day off out of my 6-day-a-week closing schedule so I could attend my community service. I've never missed a day of work on purpose in my life, but when you notify management TWO WEEKS PRIOR that you NEED Tues. off to attend community service and not a single member of management wants to remember that or communicate, you don't have a choice but to miss that one day. Needless to say, do NOT work here.
Ordered pizza today. They messed up our order, told us we were wrong even though the box had the correct order on it. Then we were told our remade pizza was the first order to be made, however, we waited an hour for each pizza. My son waited two hours for a dinner he could eat. Service is incredibly slow and the staff was entirely unapologetic and rude.
Because it's always hot and good and ready when they deliver too me
My order was prepared quickly and even though it got busy the staff did not let it fluster them.
