Ordered carry out last night. Went in to pick up my order. One of the employees had the nastiest attitude, I greeted her and she didn't say one word the whole time handling my order, I don't want that type of energy around anything I'm going to consume. I hate when nasty low vibrating ppl get customer service jobs. Disgusting miserable employee whom ever she was.
I ordered the Hershey chocolate chip cookie and I'm sooo disappointed. They burned it and it tastes as if someone smoked over it. I would definitely not recommend.
Do not order from this Pizza Hut if you expect your food to get there in less than an hour. Do not expect the manager to do anything other then give you excuses as to why you're not going to get a discount on your cold as a corpse pizza, last time she told me the money would come out of the drivers pay and the driver delivering my pizza was already threatening to quit. The previous time before that I was told they only had one driver. In fact if you're that desperate for pizza order it from another place entirely or go buy frozen pizza from Wal-mart and bake it yourself. At least in the time it takes you to drive to Walmart, buy the pizza and drive home, bake it and it'd still be quicker than ordering from this Pizza Hut
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my pizza for carryout and was told my order would be ready in 15-20min. I arrived within that time frame and checked in. A gentleman behind me came in and did not check in and was handed his pizza. I waited 15min and then asked how long before my pizza was ready. It was then the warmer was checked and was given my pizza. When asked why the wait if the pizza was ready the associate then stated "don't do that" What does that mean? What you don't do is treat paying customers that way!!! I will NEVER associate myself with this establishment again and I will encourage my family and friends to do the same!!! Im not even gon talk about how terrible the pizza was!
If I could give this place a negative zero I would! I really do not do a lot of complaining, but this is crazy! One day, the pizza has about 50 lbs of sauce, you will have heart burn for years, my pizza was luke warm and they forgot my soda. I called the mgr gave me a $10 credit for the next order. Kool, no prob...the next day I called...They took my order at dusk dark, then after waiting 40 min, they called to apologize they have to cancel my order because they don't deliver on my side of town after dark! Fine, understanding, but 40 min? Fine...Once again, I understand... So the next day I called to use the $10 credit and order more food, when i informed the worker that i had a $10 crefit pending...she didnt see it....So the mgr informed me that my credit "Disappeared" and she didn't know what happened, and there was nothing she could or would do...Kool, so I politely told her, I will NEVER order from this pizzahut again!!
