Awesome work done by these guys today! They helped us with our plumbing problems in a timely manner and gave a detailed explanation as to what exactly was wrong. Great customer service very down to earth people will defiantly be using Mr Rooter for all of our future plumbing needs !!
I needed a plumber for a plumbing issue in my kitchen. called mr rooter plumber showed up was friendly and explained my problem. r. bail is all i could make out from his signature he found my problem, fixed my problem and charged me a reasonable rate. can't really ask for much more than that. Hopefully i wont need a plumber again but if i do ill call them.

So pleased with our experience tonight! Mr. Rooter was actually open at 8:00 p.m. on the 4th of July weekend
I called Mr. Rooter because i had a sewer pipe issue, they responded in about an hour. The plumber, i think his name was Robert was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's funny because i had various other plumbers try to figure out the problem with no avail so i figured id try one last time. This technician had see this before and knew in about 20 minutes what others couldn't figure out in hours. I was extremely grateful and will use them again if i need any plumbing work.
$2000 4 contractors and 2 plumbers later we decided to call Mr. Rooter. Robert, the tech that came out, was extremely courteous and professional. In less than 5 minutes he found the leak under the house! He explained the problem to my mother in terms she could understand, and seemed genuinely concerned about helping her resolve the issue once and for all. For that reason, we will be contracting Mr. Rooter to do the major work necessary to FINALLY get moms house fixed. Thanks Mr. Rooter!
Prior to calling Mr. Rooter we called a plumber named after a President (BF). He also misdiagnosed the leak and ended up convincing my mother to replace the water heater. The bum even left the wash room door off the hinge after he finished!
My mother has had a leak under her house for a while now. We had a local well known family owned company run a camera to find the leak but to no avail. The problem has persisted, and we've had every specialist in the book at the house who claimed everything from ground water to saying the foundation was crumbling...
