Service tech was polite and prompt. Giving 4 stars because he had to go get a part (wax ring for toilet) that is pretty common and he should have had on his truck. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
Talk about a dishonest business who disrespects its customers. They come out to the property and say the drain is plugged because of grease. Never have nor will ever put grease down a drain, i compost everything. The job took ten minutes to do and jason miller sends a bill for almost 700 dollars. Stay far away from this dishonest business, you have been warned. Then back in June of 2015, same issue, but the guy that cam out told me to get a sump pump to pump out my holding tank, that only had 100 gallons in a 500 gallon tank. If you research septic systems, it is a holding tank designed to hold sludge and fluids until it reaches the out drain to the leaching field. All this franchise wants is to rip people off, over charge and lie about services rendered. In response to you contacting my management company, you are hiding behind them already paying your outrageous charges. Not again will you rip me off.
Terry was awesome he was thorough and very informative. All prices were quoted prior to starting the job so there were no hidden fees. He didn't just fix the issue he educated me on the problem also.
The very best part of my day was meeting Terry Hewitt. He was knowledgeable and professional, but not to the extent that he forgot the "human factor." He never once spoke to me like I was a Plummer. He gave me options when I asked for them and never once tried to pressured me into choosing one product over another. He was ready with recommendations when I asked, and he did exactly what he said he would. No one enjoys NEEDING home repairs, but .Mr. Hewitt made my home repair a very pleasant experience. You've got a customer for life!
We were charged $300 for a part that costs $10. We should have been given an estimation before they came to our house. I feel scammed and will never use this company again in the future.
