Overall, a good place to spend the summer.
The area is well maintained and conveniently located, and the management is also good. Rent is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. The biggest issue with this place though is the Internet. On a good day it is usable, on a normal day it is very inconsistent and often times slow to the point of being unusable. If you're an internet power user/gamer, don't be surprised if you're in the middle of something and your session just hangs completely. I think you can pay more for a better/wired connection though, not sure.
