The staff was courteous and attentive. The traditional Philly sandwich we ordered was piping hot and very good. We enjoyed it so much we decided to get a BBQ cheese steak to go. That sanwhich was very good even after being reheated for lunch the next day.
Came here for lunch. The lady working the front register had glasses on and was an older lady. She was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes when we asked a question. Said what do you want when we were ready to order in the rudest tone. Wasn’t listening when we actually ordered had to repeat multiple times. Just was really rude with how she spoke and acting like it was an inconvenience to do her job.
We timed a rare trip to mall around dinner time so we could eat there. We tried Charleys Philly since was new to us.
My son had a Philly cheesesteak from here around 130 today and around 7 o'clock he was crying with his stomach hurting. He had not eaten anything else today. He was not interested in soup, crackers or anything else and around 8 o'clock he was vomiting. The incubation time is consistent with food poisoning. Has anyone else eaten here and gotten sick???
If I would have known I wouldn’t get what I went there for in the first place then I would have just went to Villa instead.
I ordered the nachos deluxe fries just now and the lady realized she hadn’t mad the cheese sauce yet. Instead of preparing that she gets shredded cheese and attempts to make a sauce out of that. She could have easily made the sauce but chose not to.
For a place to charge 22 dollars for 2 adults. The should have napkins.
