I visited the store to get new shoes to alleviate pain when running. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They recorded me running in my current shoes and noted I may need a pair that helps with stability. Then they brought out 5 pairs of shoes that would help. I tried on and ran in all 5, and was able to select the best pair. On my next run, I had no pain. Great store, staff, and service.
I called ahead looking for an evaluation on the right shoe for me. I talked with Kate and was very lucky she was available when I went to the store. She is an amazingly patient and thought salesperson. She asked about each individual shoe we tried on. If you go to big dog ask for Kate. She cares about the customer!!! Good job Big Dog on Not I,g an amazing young women.
