It was amazing and they were so nice and professional.
I bought a battery and a tire. I asked before I left the store what if I the parts didn't fit or not needed. They told me to bring them back. I ended up not needing the items. A few days later I tried to return the items, and they told me they couldn't take them back and that I was stuck with the items. Or I could put them on ebay. The battery never left the box and the tire never touched the ground. Poor, poor service. Not to mention, when I first purchased the items, he charged me an extra $40 cause he can't add correctly. Luckily I caught that the first encounter.
Great experience, knowledgeable staff and local owners. Not a corporation type store, friendly and helpful with reasonable prices. If you're curious just talk with them on the phone and you will know the difference
ATV always worked great but sat a while and would not crank. Called this shop on a Monday to ask about their familiarity with my particular Polaris. Told "yes we have worked on them as long as they have been manufactured and are very familiar with it". Took it in same day and was told they were not backed up too bad and would likely be ready that Friday but assured me i would hear from them. Friday, 4:45 I've heard nothing. I called and was told "oh yeah it has no fire. We've ordered a Polaris manual to help us track down the problem". Most good shops either have the technical manual or can get it in a few minutes online. I decided to pick it up Monday in favor of a real Polaris shop. Showed up and told there would be an $80 check out fee. Not happy but ok, i expected to pay. Then they bring it out completely dismantled. I was told "if you want it put back together it'll cost more". This may be normal operation for some some shops but this customer will not be returning.
Waiter messed up 3 orders. Charged us for 5 drinks plus 2 we actually had instead of 2 then snatched the bill from my hand to say he's going to correct it, before I mentioned it, as I was walking towards the manager. 2 hours and we said to heck with this. Our bill should be been 18.86 instead, with all the attempted fradulant charges, bill came out too almost 40.00 .
