This past week we purchased a new Ram 1500 from Carl Gregory. I had 'shopped' Carl Gregory about 4 months ago when we first began looking for a new vehicle. At that time I met Sam, a sales rep that helped during that first visit. After I left the dealership he called me a couple of times, just to find out where I was in the process. I walked in the door this week and asked for Sam again. He came out of his office and, not only remembered me, he also remembered what I had driven in and the type vehicle I was interested in. We found the Ram we liked and Sam managed to work with the financials that we were comfortable with. We drove out of the car lot with our new truck that evening. I am very pleased with the dealership and especially pleased with Sam. Thank you, Sam!

Great Service on my warranty with First Extended Service Corporation completed at Auto Nation Dodge on Victory Drive in Columbus,Ga. Chris Greer, Service Advisor, was great he kept us informed of the part for the A/C and then scheduled a time for us to bring the Truck in. We needed a ride back to our home and Forrest was the driver, he was very professional. Chris Greer called and said the truck was ready and he sent Forest to pick us back up and again we had the same great experience. This has been the 1st time since Carl Gregory sold to Auto Nation that we have used this Service Department and the experience was really good.
