In a nut shell, this place still feels like Bill Heard Chevrolet.
Prepare to be treated like a second-class citizen.
Only because 0 stars isn't an option. First off, the salesman, Andrew, lied multiple times. He told me he would do a soft credit check. My report shows two hard checks. Second, he tried to get me in a vehicle I told him I didn't like more than once. Third, he ran my info through to numerous banks without telling me what he was going to do. He worded it to make me think he was just number crunching when in fact he was running my info through with banks, mind you, this is on a car I told him I didn't like. I wasn't offered a bottle of water on what was a very hot day. I did not feel welcomed there at all. The manager himself walked passed me at the desk a few times without so much as a smile. I also knew more about the car than the salesman.
On a positive note, I was able to test drive a car alone which is a rare blessing.
I was in the market for a new vehicle after recently purchasing a used Camaro from this dealership. I luckily ended up in touch with a salesman named Richard Ralph who found exactly what I was looking for and helped me find an incredibly great deal on the exact car I wanted. If you're in the market for a new car, ask for Ralph immediately. This man will hook you up and set you straight.

I recently moved here from Atlanta and was satisfied with my Cadillac dealer there, so when it was time to get my car serviced I wasn't sure whether to venture back up the highway or find someone closer. I have to admit that I was hesitant to take my Cadillac to Legacy based on some of the reviews I read online, but I am certainly glad I did. Brian was so great to work with. The entire staff was very friendly. I was kept informed throughout the day, my car was ready when promised, and my bill was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Legacy to anyone looking for a Cadillac dealer.
