When i ready to pay my last car note this what i got never go to Gil's then when i made my next payment they changed locations at the top and blacked out there name i payed my car note in Columbus not hwy80 PC
The vehicles are wayyyy over priced!! Plus i hadn't even got a month behind and they would call and harass me about a payment. Remind you I gave them a date I could make the payment. They are saying that if you get a month behind they will come get the vehicle. When I first got my car it wasn't ready, the car was on E and I had no jack in the trunk of my car. I went back to get one and they gave me the wrong size jack. Within the first two months my car started to squeak bad. The Customer Service is horrible!! Save your coins and go elsewhere!
This place has horrible Customer service they talk to you any kinda way the don't treat you like a customer they send you to rapid to get your car fix knowing they don't no what there doing at all all gils need to be close down
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ConArtists... I was conned into signing a lease. When I told the lady in collections I was taking them to court, she laughed and said "good luck, we've gone to court on this same issue numerous times and we always win".
The staff on veterans are great and always nice. However, the business itself is a rip off. I was desperate and got a car there. Long story short a year later someone ran into me while they were texting and driving. Turns out they were charging me three times the value. They graciously agreed to the valued pay out from insurance and got me into another car. The car I have now is worth two grand in perfect condition. I'm paying 14,000. It broke down a week after I bought it. I also recently found out the car has theee hazardous recalls on it. They didn't care and also didn't care that Honda said it is illegal to sell a car with open recalls on it. My grandmother also purchased a car from them and when she got the title it was in fact a salvage title. All three cars were from the same location.
