Mediocre customer service, and the hair and blemishes in this paint are most frustrating. I was willing to pay extra for a better finished product.
WOW!!!!! I was totally amazed & sooooooo happy the guys out did themselves oh my!!! My suv totally look & drove like a brand new car I could see my face in the paint lol!! Affordable price with EXCELLENT work I couldn't ask for an AWESOME job!!!! OMG come with a limited warranty & instruction on how to take care of your paint job!!!! Honest & professional not trying to get over on anybody just great ppl!!!! I highly recommend this place!!! I pray this business continue 2 be a blessing & continue 2 bless ppl!!!! TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!!!!!! Thanks Randy & Jesse 4 making me Smile!!! Thank Goodness the second was GREAT because the 1st place I took it too charge wayyyy more & paint didn't last no time warranty no instruction just a MESS!!!! But I am all GOOD NOW!!!! Had my fathers car painted here. They didn’t wash it beforehand so they painted dirt and dust all over it. Then they got an attitude about having to redo !their! awful paint job. Also their technician knocked my cup off the car and threw it in the grass instead of telling me. Awful place.
Back when I had my 1973 Pontiac venture I went to Econo and they gave me the best reasonable rate in this city. I've personal seen the cars they have painted and if I choose anybody to do a paint job in Columbus it would have been them. P.s I ended up selling the Venture so was no reason to dish money into it. I will be having them paint my truck
Havent painted my car yet but the customer service is outstanding. When i went in to get a quote they made me feel very welcome and inportant. Also when i took some days to call back after getting a quote and picking the right paint hue they called me back with a even better quote!!!! Awesome. These people go above and beyond wither customer service. But even further with their quality and low prices! Highly recommended.
