Brian W and Joey B provided outstanding service! I came into the store 25 min before closing and they agreed to stay late and change our rental van’s oil so we could leave early the next morning. Joey even changed the TV channel when I asked so I could watch the bowl game. Above and beyond.
The manager Brent was very friendly and very helpful in resolving my issue. He explained why my issue was occurring and recommended products. He also explained other minor issues I had with my car. I appreciate his genuine customer service and will recommend this location to family, friends, and coworkers.

I went to this Firestone while evacuating from Florida during Hurricane Irma to have my brakes serviced. Although I had to spend an extra day in Columbus because the location lost power while servicing my vehicle, Joey went above and beyond to ensure that not only was my car serviced properly but also provided me with a discounted price because of the incovience. I am truly grateful for Joey not just taking such good care of my vehicle, but for also understanding my family's circumstance and helping us in every way he possibly could.
