Best in shop in town and all that surround! Honest and friendly owners and staff! Rhonda, who is the office manager, is a multitasking wiz, taking care of multiple issues at a time, quickly and always with a smile! The only place to go in town, if you want a shop, in which, most of the mechanics, have been there 20+ years. Fred and Terry, the owners, are advocates of continuing education and generously send their mechanics, like Rob, who has been to schools at all of the auto makers. Cars change, why would you want a mechanic who hasn’t taken a class since the Reagan Era? You wouldn’t! So, If you want quick, honest and high quality service, then...Head to Fred’s!
A great place to have car services complete. I call this morning and was helped as soon as I arrived. The prices of four brand new, fairly large tires were amazing. The techs are so friendly and even filled my washer fluid without me asking. The fact the the light was on when the tech drove my car around was enough to make him fill it at no charge. I don't get my services done anywhere else if I don't have to. I can't even explain how fast they were. I arrived at 1205 and I was gone by 1240. Just amazing!!!

Thank you everyone at Freds! I was evacuated from the hurricane, and my window would not roll up. It was going to cut into my rent money to get it fixed, and the guys at Freds fixed it so at least the window was up so I could get home, and didnt charge me. I want to give the whole city of Columbus a big hug for being so amazing to us. I love you Columbus Ga. I want to live here! All you folks are the best! Thanks for ALL the hospitality! God bless!!
