Recently, I took my 2015 Honda Accord to Maaco after a severe collision. The side and seat air bags deployed. The repairs took tree months. Some would say that was too long. However, I disagree. The Honda was not in a drivable condition until the front seat was replaced. The wheel bearing was damaged too which was not revealed until the care was driven.
I just want to say Hunter and Terry we're very great got my job and in and out and just one week I appreciate my paint job they gave me the best estimate of 3 and would come back at any time thanks Maaco way to go
Hunter was easy to work with and kept me informed every step on the way.
Took a little too long but did A good job.
Overall a great experience. Had my trucks roof painted new due to the fact that it was rusting. Maaco was the cheapest place I could find around town. The customer service was very good (short concise and to the point) and they told they would be done in 2-3 days and it was done on the 2nd day.
Not a good place to go, the customer service is horrible, very, very bad paint and body work, no quality control, basically a good bunch of morons.
