Great condition
I had a great experience here. They ordered my tires for my 2014 ram 2500. A day or 2 later it was in and they called to let me know. It was a quick install and they even went further to help me fix an issue with my TPMS. I highly recommend checking them out.
I never had any problems and I like the people there.
After visiting a few other shops in the Columbus area that specialize in rims, tires, or both...the end result at each location was always the same; #1, I found myself feeling rushed into my decision, or just rushed out of the store all together at some. Other spots would have the "associate" I eventually got assistance from flat out TELL me what would get installed or what he/she thought would accent my truck in there opinion. Leaving the door closed for my input or feedback, or what I thought. needless to say, I left empty handed where ever I went. This wasn't the case when I randomly stopped in at the Rent A Wheel location in Columbus, Georgia. On 12/2/17, i stopped in for what i figured to be another waste of my time. i was immediately greeted & welcomed in by Jeremy at the front counter upon entering the store. i explained my situation, as well as some of my recent experiences in my on going search. After my rants, which i might add were uninterrupted, as well as took into consideration, Jeremy showed me around the store, introducing me to the rest of his team. Mr. Walter who handles the accounts, as well as the installer Mr. Darrin. All of whom seemed very attentive to whatever task they had at hand. Jeremy made me feel at home & comfortable being in the store which was a complete different vibe from what ive experienced elsewhere. The only thing that i was TOLD basically was the information one would need know when deciding on wheels & tires. All within 10 minutes of me being in the store, Jeremy explained what my trucks bolt pattern is, which was 6x5.5 & what its importance was. From that point on, he explained my options to me, such as fitment, size, and rim finish, while showing me pretty much every rim in the store while pointing out which ones would actually fit my vehicle. The ball was 100% in my court the whole time. Not once was i TOLD what i would get, or were any suggestions made to impact my decision. it was frequently made clear to me in our conversation that the choice is ultimately up to me and me only. i gained a massive amount of knowledge about this whole process in such a small window. Above all, once i found what all went into rims, and tires and the choosing process, there was no way i was able to make a decision in one day by me just learning everything, plus with the amount of inventory to choose from. i was still made to feel as if i hadn't wasted any ones time. jeremy and his team were very understanding of this, and extremely patient with me. a knowledgeable staff, who didn't mind sharing it with me or answering all of my crazy question. so although I'm technically not a customer as of yet, i was made to feel like i already was, and that these guys would go above and beyond to gain my business. so when I'm finally able to reach a decision, this is the place i will be purchasing from. thanks again guys for taking the time to break down the basics so effortlessly that no other shops were able to do for me. This is definitely how a business & its staff should operate.
