ZERO stars. Consistent lies, over 4 mos of waiting only to not have any repairs made. "New" parts turned out to be used. Stole my money and dumped my car at a dealership. BE WARNED! GO ELSEWHERE!!!
This area is kind of on the wrong side of the tracks to begin with, so I should have seen this coming. If you find yourself towed here, tell them to tow it somewhere else.
Had a car towed here after a transmission went out on the highway. Was told it would be a relatively quick install for another transmission. After constant delays and constant excuses about why it wasn't ready yet, a whopping 18 days later, I finally had the car back. I truly don't think these guys know how to work on a car. In the following weeks, I spent a lot more money trying to undo all the bad things that were done to this car as a result of their work; ie heater core hoses, tie rods, engine mount, transmission gear being wrong; I easily spent an extra 2 grand on top of what I spent with these guys.
