Nothing special this evening. Average selections, poor customer service. Nobody asked to help us find anything in the men's department this evening although we were looking for assistance. The woman in the handbag department is the only reason this place gets three stars instead of one. She was so sweet and helpful!
Love the lady that helped me. She was so sweet and helpful even if we had to bring her every where she was still so nice. So I shall give it a 5 star.
There was all little to no selection in the men's big and tall section. I was watching a news story about the decline of mall shopping is this is one reason why... you get in your car trudge down here only to find NOTHING and no salesperson to tell you that there is nothing. Shame on you MACY'S! By the way, people are only getting bigger and bigger so big and tall clothing is needed.
Terrible customer service at the cosmetic counters... Estée Lauder told me the Clinique lady would match my foundation... waited 10 minutes just to have my foundation. Lady pushed me off to someone else... several ladies waiting at each counter while counter ladies chatted. I will be going to Dillard’s!
