An excellent young salesman, Jorquores went above normal service to help me locate a product that turns out NOT to be in stock, although online info said it was. He went from the service counter and searched for me when I couldn't find it. Then after trying that he went in back of the store and searched incoming inventory. I feel he is a good example not only of a fine young man but the kind of employee Walmart must be proud to employ. This was Saturday, Dec.30, 2017 around 1:30 pm.
Prices were a little higher than I expected. Checkout was fast and friendly, that was a very nice change of pace. Out of stock on all the good bargains.
Pharmacy staff couldn't get my prescription straitened out. I had to call my insurance company to file a complaint. They also refused to fill a couple of my prescriptions that my insurance company told me the pharmacy should have filled them. I don't think the staff at this pharmacy are helpful at all. I refuse to use this location again.
Ms. Lisa at the bakery was AMAZING!!! So helpful and happy to help. I asked for a dress cupcake cake and she knew exactly was I was talking about, turned to a page in the book and showed me my dress layout options! 24 cupcakes for less than $20! You can't beat that price anywhere in town and to have helpful staff, what a plus. Thank you Walmart for helping my daughter's birthday be more stress free!
I'm unhappy with the bakery when it comes to birthday cakes. The last couple times I've gotten birthday cakes for my children the cakes are cracked or either broken. I found out that the cakes are not made there from scratch anymore. They are manufactured. That's not cool. They have lost my business on that end. Columbus Corner Bakery is the place to go for birthday cakes. Also the cashiers need to speed up the process. The self check out is much faster. That shouldn't be that way.
I was there for 2 weeks helping with a family emergency. I certainly didn't need the pharmacy to add to difficulties at that time.
