Service was good. Dinged then one star because 5 items I bought were rung up $5 bucks more than what was displayed. They of course gave me the floor price.
The only good thing I can say about my experience is everytime (the multiple times) they delivery guys came out they were friendly & professional. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Not even a stick if gum.
When asking for help I was immediately told no. At first I thought the employee was kidding then he continued to keep a straight face, right as I turned around to try to find help he started laughing and said he was kidding. This wasn’t the worse part however. When telling him I was searching for a gift for my boyfriend he immediately said never mind you have a boyfriend I can’t help then started laughing. Oh wait, it gets worse. When explaining what I was looking for, he interrupted me to ask if my hair was real then if he could pull one of my pig tails. Like are you kidding me?! Who speaks to customers in this manner. Completely rude and unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning.
Best Best Buy store I have ever been to. I ordered online to pick up at the wrong store. I went to this store and they found what I had bought online and for a cheaper price. They have special sales every Sunday. They are very friendly and will offer their assistance not just walk by you like some other stores. I will visit again. The one who squared me away was a lady in customer service. I wish I remembered her name. Super cool and nice to my kids
I absolutely love the place! There was always someone asking me if I needed help or assistance with picking out a tablet for my kids. I don't know what else to say I also hope that other people had great experiences like I did over there.
