Printing is awful in this store. Its a Sunday and 4 sales consultants in including a manager working.. and they are still behind. I never seen anything like it.
Their online service suck. Bad customer service and don't follow up on custom orders. I Order in the store two weeks ago and supposed to have my order deliver a week later they gave me the run around and still don't have my order. They told me that my order will be at my houses on
5th shows up tried calling them throughout the week and I kept seeing this and will be at my house on Friday but no one showed up poor customer service
Lots of products, great sale prices, very helpful staff, repairs and diagnostic service for computers, printing services, etc.
Great place to shop during back to school days
Tried to get assistance with their copier which wasnt working correctly. Needed to fax something. Two people were working in the printing area. The lady asked the man working there to please assist me. He looked right at me as if to be discusted and said he had other work to do. I'm not a racist. I treat everybody the same. I am a different race that they are. I had a feeling it was reverse descrimination. I will never return to this location. I will inform everyone I know about this
