Went in there waiting in line for ten minutes after one of their employees were discussing whatever plans for the weekend they had completely ignoring me. By the time they left, they finally asked me what I wanted and I told them. The manager then proceeded to ask me if I preordered the game, to which I said no. He then told me they didn't have any copies of the game left (there were six copies sitting on the shelf right behind him). If I wasn't in uniform, I would have made a scene. You have yet again, made the Gamestop stereotype a reality.

Change up your customer service please. I understand that your jobs depend on how many discount cards and preorders you sell but you give way too much hassle. Seeing a customer ahead of me getting hassled about not buying used because he wanted a new copy of the game. Not once, not twice, but three times you asked about it. Again I know you earn pure profit off of used games but hell just ask once and done.

I had it up to here. I've been calling for the last three weeks and noone can't pick up their phones. But I go to this store: I see them pick up the phone after ONE RING. Is it my phone? Is that the correct listed phone number? I'M VERY DISSATISFIED. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY.
