Well I really didn't want to have to do this, but I really want to warn people about this place. It's been over one year that we started this pool process with Ron at Leisure Lifestyles and we STILL DO NOT HAVE A POOL!!!! It has been one excuse after the other. You would not believe how many excuses he can come up with on why the pool was not worked on that day or week. He got our large deposit September 2016. We gave him 2 more large pymts over the winter and in March of 2017. He got our money up front and we still do not have a finished working pool as of October 2017. Our yard has just been one big muddy mess all summer. He kept promising finished dates and it hasnt happened yet. We didn't get the pool we requested and paid for either . People it's been one terrible summer because of Leisure Lifestyles and Ron, I believe any other place could do better than this. They talk a real good game when trying to get your money and then it goes straight downhill once they get it. I have been way to patient and given them many chances to finish and do right by us. It just doesn't happen. I believe any review you see about this company that is a 5 star, must not be from a real customer. I have spoken with a few people now that said it was a bad experience for them too. If you want a good fast pool experience, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I sure would have liked to have been swimming in my pool this summer. Too bad we couldn't leave 0 stars. I am a very displeased customer and you will be too.
Great products and nice staff, price points blew my mind though.
Buying experience was decent. However, once paid for the service is not wonderful. 3 weeks later still waiting... for the money spent I expect better service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. HUGE RIP OFF. Will sell you a product and promise you service and then tell you they no longer sell that brand. We have had so many problems with this business. Stay away. Please let us warn you. Do not deal with them because you will have constant frustrations and they do not tell you the truth. You will end up getting a lawyer like we are having to do. I think all who have been ripped off by this business in Columbus, GA should come together and sue this group. The people who work on the spa and come to the house are nice and try hard to please the customer. But, the owners and management are a joke. They never intend to stand behind what they sell. Now saying they no longer sell certain products and will not honor the warranty that came with what you purchased or the warranty purchased. RIP OFF. Avoid Avoid. Again, please contact me to get together for a lawsuit against this company. Please if you have been hurt by them or lost money or have a product that does not work, please contact me and we will join together and sue them. I need my money back, do you? We lost over $20,000.00. How about you?
