Because they don't know what they are doing. They had a picture of the hair cut I wanted and got it no where at all like the picture. They butured my hair and messed it up so bad I had to cut it from being down to my butt all the way to my shoulders to just fix it to make it halfway decent. They ruined my hair and are rude in general and very unwelcoming.
Wife brought in picture of what she wanted. Then they do something completely different and refuse to correct it unless we pay an additional charge.
