Unprofessional Office. Receptionist is known to make appointments, give you a card and once you show up for an appointment it is a waste of the. Several times showed up with the card and she would reply opps your not in the system. Please make sure sure you check for young children you research and have a Developmental psychologist. My report did not have a diagnosis listed just saying possible bc my insurance company wouldn't cover the services. Had incorrect living situation as well. It took me 7 months to get my child report, which could have pended her treatment. Luckily for me she already was set up with a different psychologist who did several test on my child and referred several services and still treats my child. It took me 4 months to get back a corrected report. After several calls and school involved report was corrected. Extremely unprofessional and lack of caring. My phone got disconnected one day in discussing secondary insurance not being billed and receptionist answered the phone...YES! In a very ugly tone. Could have been anyone. I would highly recommend that if you want correct, accurate testing do your research. I would recommend a development psychologist. Make sure you research the Doctor's and Offices before just going to just anyone. Yes this office was suggested. All I can say is Thank Goodness I always research, seek another opinion. My child was tested in several different areas. Keep in mind at both offices I was in the room for testing. My child started a therapy group the first initial appt before testing. I had those test results back in a month and my baby started getting additional care immediately. Still remains under this Doctor's care and others. I see a huge difference in the reports and I have every test they did bc I got a copy. Testing was completely different. I would not ever recommend this Kevin Weis or this office.
