My doctor moved into this facility a few years ago. I LOVE the staff and have had no problems with them. Yes, the billing department (in another location) is a little strange - the way that apply payments is odd due to their software and various insurance rules. They are, however, willing to talk to you about their processes and explain things. The only negative to me is, unfortunately, the nature of what they do - there are kids EVERYWHERE and the Disney Channel is usually on full blast.
