I changed to Tricare Standard because of the poor care received at Matin Army. I seen my primary care to establish care only and for refills on all my allergy medications. He billed a level 3 office visit then billed a level three for the room I sat in for 30 mince. Since Columbus Clinic is part of Life Point Hospital, it is ok to bill office fee and a facility fee. Tricare told me it is unthical and the verge of double billing. No wonder health care costs are so expensive. I am seriously thinking about coming off all my meds to prevent from being over charged.
