I am never motivated to do any more PT (physical training) outside of the Army. There were many times I dreaded waking up and even going to exercise. Coach not only has the program but provides the mentoring and exercises you need to get back in shape! I wake up and look forward to going to the gym for the first time in my life! Thanks again Coach Jr. for all the effort and drive that goes on behind the scenes!
